We will not have ATMs on-site, so if you want to use cash, please bring it with you.

You’re welcome to bring them, but no outside alcohol, filled water containers, or glass will be allowed. No coolers are allowed in the beer sampling area. We will have 200+ chairs, 3 VERY LARGE tents, misters, and places to lounge and relax.

Refunds

All ticket purchases are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges. You are welcome to give your tickets to someone else (the name on the ticket doesn’t need to match the ticket holder’s ID) or sell them if you’re unable to attend.

If the event gets canceled or postponed, you may be presented with options that require you to take further action. All cancelation or postponement information will be sent by email. If you did not provide a valid email address upon checkout, it is your responsibility to check whether the event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time, and venue.

Sunscreen

Bring it! You’re going to want it even though we have large tents for shade.

Tickets

The only people who have to buy tickets are those partaking in the beer sampling. Save $10 by purchasing in advance. Bring your printed tickets to the door. Minors may be accompanied by their guardians, and those not drinking may enter without a ticket. Everything is free except for your food, drink, or vendor purchases for the day.
